STRATEGIC ADVISORY SERVICES
Our expertise resides in consulting, setting up, advising and/or chairing Nomination & Remuneration / Human Resources Board Committees and Governance related Committees for Private or Governmental organizations in the UAE and the region.
We are assisting Board of Directors and Board Committees in fulfilling their oversight responsibilities in relation (but not limited) to:
- Review and endorsement of business HR Policies & Procedures
- Review, assess and recommend on annual HR Department plan
- Monitor the Company’s adherence to professional conduct rules
- Make recommendations to the board / nominations concerning suitable candidates for the role of Senior Executive personnel
- Review, assess and recommend on organizations design and/or restructuring
- Recommend on the compensation of the Chief Executive Officer and senior management;
- Responsible for the selection and retention of senior management;
- Responsible for the planning for the succession of senior management;
- Exclusively responsible for establishing the selection criteria, selecting, appointing and setting the terms of reference for any remuneration consultants who advise the Committee
- Endorse the professional development plans for senior management;
